Noble Poker Refer-A-Friend Payment Plan Terms and Conditions
(“Payment Plan”)
These Noble Poker Refer-A-Friend Payment Plan Terms and Conditions form part of the Noble Poker Reand any other guidelines or additional terms we provide to you via email or our Site (including, but not limited to, the Noble Poker Refer-A-Friend Payment Plan Terms and Conditions) (together the "Agreement") contain the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation in the Noble Poker Refer-A-Friend Scheme. In the event there is a conflict between this Agreement and any other additional terms this Agreement shall take precedence unless such additional terms expressly reference variation to this Agreement.
1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
In this Payment Plan, references to the following words shall have the meanings set out below:
- "Net Gaming Revenue" shall be defined as the sum total of all of your Referred Friends' contributions to all "rakes" contributed to while playing poker on our poker tables on NoblePoker.com. We deduct from this: (i) redeems including the cost of 'credits', 'bonuses' or other promotional amounts given to Players by us including but not limited to, any Sign Up Bonuses; (ii) transactions that are reversed by instruction from the card-holder's bank (charge backs) or by or on behalf of us (credits or amounts given); (iii) any un-collectable revenue attributable to your Referred Friends; (iv) monies attributable to fraud traffic; (v) processing charges; (vi) sums paid by us to any of your Referred Friends in order to resolve a dispute; and (vii) any other un-collectable revenue or deductions we are entitled to make in respect of that Referred Friend according to our Standard Terms and Conditions of Use . Each of your Referred Friends’ contribution to a particular "rake" is the number obtained when dividing the actual amount of each rake to which Referred Friend has contributed divided by the total number of Players at the table at the start of the hand.
2. REFERRAL TIERS
Players who refer a friend in accordance with the Noble Poker Refer-A-Friend Scheme Terms and Conditions will receive the following Refer-A-Friend Commission (subject to the Points Requirements set out in clause 3 below):
- First tier referrals – up to 10% of Tier 1 Friends’ Net Gaming Revenue.
- Second tier referrals – up to 5% of Tier 2 Friends’ Net Gaming Revenue.
- Third tier referrals – up to 2% of Tier 3 Friends’ Net Gaming Revenue.
3. POINTS REQUIREMENTS
3.1 In order to receive the full Refer-A-Friend Commission in any given month, in addition to the requirement to refer friends to the Noble Poker Site, you must generate at least five hundred 500 Noble Points in any given month via play on ring games and/ or Tournaments.
3.2 If you refer friend(s) and generate between 250 and 499 Noble Points in any given calendar month, you will receive 50% of the revenue specified in clause 2 above, for that same month (i.e. First Tier: 5% of Net Gaming Revenue; Second Tier: 2.5% of Net Gaming Revenue; Third Tier: 1% of Net Gaming Revenue.)
3.3 If you refer friend(s) and generate between 100 and 249 Noble Points in any given calendar month, you will receive 25% of the revenue specified in clause 2 above for that same month (i.e. First Tier: 2.5% of Net Gaming Revenue; Second Tier: 1.25% of Net Gaming Revenue; Third Tier: 0.5% of Net Gaming Revenue.)
3.4 If you refer friend(s) and generate below 100 Noble Points in any given calendar month, you will not be entitled to receive any Refer-A-Friend Commission.
4. FREEZING YOUR REFER-A-FRIEND ACTIVITY
You may, upon request, freeze your Refer-A-Friend activity for a period of up to two months a year. These two months may be taken separately, but each month must be one full calendar month. Your request to freeze your Refer-A-Friend activity at Noble Poker should be submitted at least a week before the start of the calendar month. During these requested months, you will still be fully rewarded for revenue generated by your referrals, regardless of the number of Noble Points generated.
